Any quotation subsequently provided by INA GAROW is subject to formal acceptance and contract execution. Quotations are valid for the period stated therein, or for 14 calendar days if no validity period is specified.

7. Supplier Registration

Submitting a supplier registration form does not guarantee inclusion in the INA GAROW supplier network. All supplier profiles are subject to review, due diligence assessment and qualification at our discretion.

By submitting a supplier registration, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, and you consent to due diligence review as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
